2024 Annual Health Fair
An annual health fair is a community event that typically occurs once a year, aimed at promoting health awareness and providing access to various health-related resources. These fairs often include:

Health Screenings: Free or low-cost checks for blood pressure, cholesterol, glucose levels, and other health indicators.

Educational Resources: Informational booths on topics like nutrition, exercise, mental health, and disease prevention.

Wellness Activities: Workshops or demonstrations related to fitness, healthy cooking, stress management, etc.

Health Professionals: Opportunities to speak with doctors, nurses, nutritionists, and other healthcare providers for advice and information.

Community Engagement: A chance for local organizations and businesses to connect with residents and promote their services.
The goal of an annual health fair is to improve community health, raise awareness about health issues, and encourage healthy lifestyle choices among attendees.

2024 Back to School
Foothill Annual Back to School event is an event where we get to engage with families by keeping them informed about the illnesses that can be picked up in a school and what students can do to avoid these illnesses. We also provide them with school supplies to keep them motivated and to help them maintain the right mindset at school.

2023 Christmas Event
Foothills Annual Christmas Event is an event created for low-income families where they can attend and be provided with supplies and information for the holiday season.
During the event, we provided families with Covid-19 Antigen Kits and Christmas trinkets.

2023 Care Mission Event
Collaborate with local charity organizations on a COVID-19 event that helps the community better protect itself during the pandemic by ensuring sufficient manpower and resources. Arrange for volunteers and medical professionals to assist with the testing.
Introduce the Purpose and Importance of Each Test:

Neutralizing Antibody Test: Helps determine if someone has previously been infected with COVID-19 and has developed some level of immunity.

Nucleic Acid Test (PCR Test): Detects whether a person is currently infected with COVID-19, which is crucial for the early detection of confirmed cases.

Antigen Test: Provides a rapid assessment of whether someone is currently infected with COVID-19. Results are available quickly, but the accuracy is relatively lower compared to PCR tests.
Educate the Community: Disseminate relevant knowledge and precautions to citizens within the community. Provide assistance to those who need further information or help.

2023 Foothill Annual Health Fair
Foothill Annual Health Fair is an event that we have joined in conjunction with the Foothill Unity Center for the past 3 years. This health Fair has brought different health professionals together in hopes of bringing awareness to local businesses the locals can take great advantage of.

During the event, 123 provided the following services: Informing locals of FDA Covid-19 Guidelines, RT-PCR Testing, Covid-19 Antigen Testing, and Informing and reminding individuals of safety measures to take in order to avoid any illness and the spreading of an illness

2023 Mexico Tour
A dedicated medical charity focused on providing essential healthcare services to underserved populations in Mexico. Our mission is to ensure that everyone, regardless of their economic situation, has access to quality medical care. Through the program, we offer free or low-cost medical consultations, preventive care, and specialized treatments. We also provide educational resources on health and wellness, empowering communities to take charge of their health.

2023 Back to School Event
The Annual Back-to-School Event is a community-oriented gathering designed to help students and families prepare for the new academic year. This event typically includes a variety of activities and resources aimed at ensuring a smooth transition back to school.
